Riddie Becker, Owner

Riddie has been in construction for over 20 years. Starting out helping his dad rehab their house while he was in high school, over the years he's learned the various trades and become quite a custom carpenter.  After years working for the man, Riddie has built strong relationships in the industry and turned his passion into his own business.  He is a great collaborator with goals firmly centered around client satisfaction, and his presence and ease set him apart from the rest.  While the renovation process can be a headache, clients are sad to not have Riddie around daily when he finishes up and moves on to his next project! Outside of work, Riddie likes taking road trips in the camper with his family and playing music with his band. Whether on the job or having fun with family and friends, Riddie brings the same dedication and creativity to everything he does. 

Rebecca Peck, Operations Manager

As a seasoned real estate agent, Rebecca is using her experience and bossy big sister personality to help run the day to day workings of Becker Custom Carpentry. While she leaves the ladders and hammers to the crew, she’s the one keeping everything running smoothly—fielding client calls, coordinating trades, and making sure timelines stay on track. With an interest in design, she’s not just focused on logistics, but she’s also happy to offer her eye for style when needed. 

Aiden Satterfield, Carpenter

Aiden Satterfield has become known on the Becker Custom Carpentry team for his skill and precision- especially when it comes to tiling, his favorite part of the job. He thrives on more complex projects, particularly when he conquered the challenge of the intricate fish scale tile. When he’s not working, you’ll probably find him smoking meat. Always up for a challenge, Aiden jumps into every project and as a 2+ year employee at Becker Custom Carpentry, he shares his knowledge and skills with the other members.

Gus Pitard, Carpenter

Gus joined Becker Custom Carpentry winter of 2024 and has quickly become a valuable part of the team. He thrives during demo days and brings a strong passion for learning the various components of the job. When he’s not working, you can find Gus rock climbing or fishing. His hands-on skill set and love for tackling challenges make him a standout on any crew. 

Aiden Beal, Carpenter 

Aiden Beal is a seasonal team member at Becker Custom Carpentry, working during his summer and winter breaks. A full-time college student at Ole Miss, Aiden brings his growing carpentry knowledge into both his academic life and personal projects. Whether he's on a job site or back at school, he enjoys applying what he’s learned at Becker Custom Carpentry to hands-on builds and creative projects. His drive to learn makes him a reliable and resourceful part of the team.
